Your personal data
What we keep, what we use it for, who we pass it to, and how you take it back.
All of Lãi suất 24h can be read without giving us any personal information at all. We receive your details only when you actively send them, in exactly two places: the "Để lại số điện thoại, nhận tư vấn" button (leave your phone number for advice) in the Vietnamese question box, and the Leave your requirement form. Everything that happens after that is set out below.
Data controller: Lãi suất 24h, the operator of laisuat24h.vn. Processing of personal data on this site follows Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 and Decree No. 356/2025/NĐ-CP implementing it. The lawful basis is your consent — you tick a separate box for each purpose, and you can withdraw at any time.
What we keep
From the question box: five items — what you need (to deposit or to borrow), the amount, the term, the region and the phone number. From the Leave your requirement form: seven items — those five, plus the date you would like to act and a nickname you choose yourself. We do not ask for your name, email, income, identity-card number or bank statements — none of that is needed for a bank officer to call you back.
Who we pass it to
To at most one bank officer registered with us, in the region you named, and only if you ticked the box for that. One person only — not to several parties, and never into a group chat — we do not sell lists to third parties.
How long we keep it
90 days from the moment you send it, after which it is deleted from the store. This is an automatic deletion: every row is saved with an expiry stamp and removed by the daily processing run.
How you take it back
Send us a request at the contact address in the footer, quoting the phone number you left. We delete it and confirm back to you. No reason required. The same channel is where you ask to see, correct or copy your data, or to complain.
Three consent boxes, three separate purposes
You tick each one, not a single bundled box
The Leave your requirement form asks three separate things, and you decide each one: (a) to use your number to contact you about looking up rates — required, because without it nobody can call you back; (b) to pass your number and requirement to at most one bank officer — optional; (c) to show your requirement on the public Connections page in de-identified form (what you need, the amount as a band, the term, the province, the week posted and the nickname you chose) — optional. Leaving the two optional boxes unticked still sends your requirement, and the whole site keeps working as normal. No box is pre-ticked. We store the version of the wording you read together with the moment you ticked, so that it can be checked later.
Bank officers submitting their offered rates
A submitter's number is covered by this policy too
A bank officer who receives a private link to submit the rates they are offering may leave a phone number and a branch name with us. Both sit in the store so that we can contact them and know where a figure came from; neither appears anywhere on the public site, and we never publish the pair (branch — offered rate) in any form that can be put back together. The figure they submit goes into the nationwide statistics only after the region and the identity have been removed. Withdrawal and deletion work through the channel above.
How the question box works
Rate questions send no data anywhere
When you ask about a rate, the question is answered inside your own browser from the published figures — nothing leaves your device. Only when a question falls outside what the browser can handle is its text sent on for intent analysis, and any phone number inside it is stripped before anything is stored.
About the market-rate data
We do not store the identity of anyone who posts
The market rates on this site are recorded from public groups. We do not store the name, profile page or phone number of whoever posted, and we never display them. A poster's name is only hashed one way, so that we can count how many independent sources a rate has — it cannot be traced back to a person.
We are not a credit institution and we do not take deposits. Leaving a phone number creates no obligation of any kind between you and a bank, and it is not an application for a product.
